Tatwa Tantu seeks to weave together the threads of body, mind, spirit, and tradition ,creating space for healing, stillness, and deeper connection.

The annual Kumbabhishekam celebrations at Vaidyagrama brought together devotees, villagers, patients, guests and staff in three days of devotion, gratitude and community fellowship.

The celebrations commenced on the evening of 27 April, with sacred rituals that continued over the next three days.One of the highlights of the festival was the community lunch served each day. Patients, guests, staff members and hundreds of villagers shared meals together, reflecting the Indian tradition that food offered with love is itself an act of healing. Transportation was arranged to enable elderly villagers and beneficiaries of Project Annam to participate in the celebrations.On 29 April, the Trust extended the celebrations into the wider community by organising a Free Ayurveda Medical Camp and an Eye Screening Camp, bringing healthcare closer to those who need it most. The final day concluded with the sacred Kumbabhishekam, when the sanctified waters from the ceremonial kalashas were offered over the temple vimana, symbolising renewal, blessings and divine grace.More than one hundred devotees joined in the moving Laksharchana, offering flowers while chanting the thousand names of Lord Vishnu. The collective prayers created a profound sense of unity, reminding everyone that healing is nourished not only through medicine but also through faith, community and shared devotion

For many families, these camps represent more than medical assistance—they provide reassurance,and the confidence that someone genuinely cares about their well-being.

12 students from VT Bhattathiripad college,Mannampatta in Palakkad, majoring in sanskrit came to vaidyagrāma – Ayurveda healing community and Punarnava Ayurveda Trust for internship. The internship was designed as an intensive experiential learning module aimed at integrating classical Sanskrit knowledge with its applied dimensions in contemporary contexts.

Sudarshanam 2026- A summer camp for the Vaidyagrama Community children from May 11-22,2026. 18 children, of staff and neighbours are at Vaidyagrama from. 9am to 5 pm.
Yoga, Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita, Art, craft, Games, Silambam ( martial art ) etc are some of the activities planned.Learning blended beautifully with joy and play at Sudarshanam Summer Camp! The boys and girls explored the thoughtful game of Chess, sharpening focus, patience and strategy while enjoying every move.

The school principal informed that they needed to grow 4 kg vegetables every day for the students lunch. Hence the trust supported in making a vegetable garden which the school agreed to maintain under our supervision. A flower garden also was planted to increase the aesthetic sense of the place also to attract the butterflies to the flowers..

A Dream Comes True – Anaadi Gurukulams powered by Punarnava Ayurveda Trust @Balagrama Begins!
18th June 2026 will remain a landmark day in the journey of Punarnava.

With immense gratitude and joy, we inaugurated the “Anaadi Gurukulam”, powered by Punarnava Ayurveda Trust , at Balagrama, a dream that has been nurtured in our hearts for many years. This initiative has been made possible through our collaboration with Anaadi Foundation, whose vision for holistic and value-based education resonates deeply with our own.

We are delighted to welcome our first batch of 9 children, all from the families of our Vaidyagrama team members, who have entrusted us with the precious responsibility of nurturing their children.The Gurukulam has two sections:

Balagurukulam (3–6 years) – where young children learn through play, stories, nature, music, movement, and joyful exploration.
Swadharma Gurukulam (6–12 years) – where children are guided to discover their innate talents, cultivate character, develop practical skills, and grow in harmony with themselves, society, and nature.

May this Gurukulam become a sacred space where children blossom into joyful, confident, responsible, and compassionate human beings

On 16 July 2026, as the sacred Jagannath Rath Yatra commenced in Puri, Odisha, the young vidyarthis of Anaadi Gurukulam, powered by Punarnava Ayurveda Trust, celebrated the occasion with great devotion and enthusiasm.

The children lovingly handcrafted the Chariot, while they listened to the inspiring stories of Lord Jagannath, explored the Sthala Puranas, and engaged in thoughtful discussions about the deeper meaning and traditions of this timeless festival.

The staff, patients, and residents of Vaidyagrama – Ayurveda Healing Community joined the procession with reverence, encouraging the children and offering prayers for peace, harmony, and the welfare of all beings.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Punarnava community /Vaidyagrama celebrated the timeless wisdom of Yoga. The program brought together Vaidyas, students, staff, and patients in a shared practice of health, harmony, and inner well-being.

May the spirit of Yoga continue to guide us towards balance, awareness, and holistic living.

Dr Liyakath P Aconducted an orientation leading to Yoga and Meditation class at Assisi Snehalaya, at Thirumalayampalayam Panchayat. Most of the patients are taking strong medicines for their HIV+ condition, and need yoga/meditation support for their general wellbeing. Dr Liyakath will be leading the weekly classes for the inmates of the home.

Here’s a glimpse of today’s plantation drive, where conscious choices came alive as new trees found their home in the soil. What began as a simple collaboration has become a shared commitment to restoring nature—one tree at a time.

This is just the beginning. In the years to come, these saplings will offer shade, shelter, clean air, and hope for future generations.…The tree plantation program was sponsored by a Tirupur based organic clothing brand Javelin Tigers, who has dedicated planting a tree for every Rs 1000/-sale in their company. They collaborated with Punarnava Ayurveda Trust to continue planting trees in the lands around Vaidyagrama.
