Punarnava Ayurveda Trust conducted free Ayurveda Medical Camp and Community lunch on the first saturday of February, March and April 2025- Dates and details as below.

Common Ailments- Joints pain, BP, Diabetes, Wheezing, Urinary infection, Skin allergy, Cold and Cough, PCOD, Wound in the leg.

Over 350000 meals offered in 10 years under Project ANNAM.
Continuing the support which goes along with the medical support through our Medical Camp and Community lunch.

For the students of Class X, XI and XII, from morning 9 am onwards study classes go on till 6pm. THe school provides lunch for the students, however after that the children are hungry by 4pm. Punarnava Ayurveda Trust sponsored the snacks for the 200 students of Pichanur High School and 150 students of Chavadi High School from the months of February to 15th April 2025.

All of us at Vaidyagrama were blessed to witness the enchanting Natya performance by Pavithra Srinivasan Ji on March 5, 2025, at Vaidyagrama – Ayurveda Healing Community.

Her graceful movements and soulful expressions beautifully reflected the harmony of tradition, devotion, and healing, creating an atmosphere of serenity and joy.

A heartfelt gratitude for this mesmerizing performance that touched hearts and uplifted spirits.

As per a legend, Shivaratri is the night when Shiva performed the heavenly dance of creation, preservation and destruction. It is also believed that on this day, Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati tied the knot, signifying the union of the divine masculine and feminine energies.

On this blessed day, we come together in prayer, reciting the Quran as a tribute to peace, love, and our shared humanity. In the spirit of Eid, we express gratitude, strengthen bonds, and embrace the joy of giving. May this celebration bring light and harmony to all.

With hearts full of gratitude and prayers for harmony, we performed the Bhoomi Pooja for the upcoming 6th cluster at Vaidyagrama Ayurveda.
This marks another milestone in our journey towards building a healing space rooted deeply in the wisdom of Ayurveda and the blessings of Mother Earth.
May this new beginning be guided by divine grace and continue to serve as a sanctuary for wellness, community, and conscious living.

It is a celebration of ‘Hope for the hopeless, Healing for the sick and for the believers the beginning of a new life. A spiritual awakening, much needed in the times of stress and disruption.A special lunch was organised for the staff on behalf of Easter.

We are taking baby steps towards sustainability in vegetables at Vaidyagrama. Sanjeev and team and Shiva Chaitanya and team are engaged in this work. Turmeric was cultivated this time, and turmeric powder was made from the harvested turmeric by boiling the turmeric, drying and then powdering.

Our Trust team headed by Mr Sanjeev is making different types of Hand made Soaps, Shampoo, Facewash, Floor cleaner, Bio fertilisers, Vibhuti, A2 Ghee etc which are used inhouse at Vaidyagrama, for patients and are sold in the gift shop at Vaidyagrama. The entire proceeds are used for our charitable activities.
